We have achieved class leading performance in this sector and our zero snagging policy has won the commendation of many repeat clients who appreciate the lengths our management and site operatives are prepared to go to, in order to ensure that the facility is handed over on time and in ‘walk in condition’.

Success in this sector has also required a responsible and considerate approach to the welfare and wellbeing of staff, pupils and general public alike. To that end we have worked hard to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum through a combination of carefully designed preventative measures – this has worked well, and has been further complemented by using the construction process as a learning experience for pupils, by delivering instructional talks, tours and Q&A sessions, which has been well received.
