We are adept at both the fit-out and dilapidation phases in this sector. Common project elements include steel roofing and cladding, the upgrading or replacement of lighting and heating systems, reinstatement or upgrading of electrical distribution systems and the introduction of partitions, heating, washrooms and so on, to create offices, trade counters, meeting rooms and the like.
We have also installed our fair share of mezzanine floors and have experience in both traditional steel framed floors as well as proprietary storage supported mezzanine floor systems. We can even offer assistance with design services where such is required.
